What should I do if I have not received my order and it's been longer than the estimated 3-8 business days?Updated 4 months ago

In case you have not received your order, rest assured that we will address the issue promptly. For orders not delivered to the correct address and marked 'Return To Sender,' we will immediately send a replacement order at a high priority level and with an upgraded delivery method. The estimated delivery date will be shared with you. If the order is delayed due to backorder or inventory issues, we will keep you updated as soon as more information is available.
